Hi, I am Linda Gottschalk. I'm glad you have joined me on this journey. I believe in the beauty of community and hope to get to know you better as we engage with everything that has been created for us here. I am just an ordinary woman whom God has used to reveal Himself to you and to the world. My life serves as a testament to the power of faith and the supernatural strength of the living God, who desires for each of us to know Him. In my books, I invite you to experience the highs and lows of a life lived openly, where adventure and faith come together on the page. In addition to my books, I offer inspiring devotionals that connect real life with a real God. These devotionals provide encouragement, challenge us, and allow us to experience God in personal ways.

My Story
We all have a story. Mine began in small-town America, a time of innocence. But life has a way of showing us how fragile that innocence can be. We stumble, we fall, we face challenges. Yet, through it all, there's grace. "But, for by the grace of God go I," – It's a powerful reminder. The hope is that we learn and grow from our struggles and choices, and for me, forgiveness has been a transformative gift that keeps on giving.
About me? I'm a woman of adventure, fueled by my faith, family, and a deep love for coconut cream pie. While I may not have a long list of credentials, my life is rich with experiences. I married my best friend, raised incredible children, and have embarked on a series of wild, risky, and even supernatural adventures. I'm simple, but passionate. They say our biggest strength can be our biggest weakness. My passion unchecked can get me in trouble.

My husband and I spend much of our time exploring together, whether it's researching a new bike trail or simply pedaling to the nearest ice cream shop, we love to be together! If you find me in nature, you'll usually see a camera in my hands, while I capture God's creations and the unique stories surrounding me.
I'm proudly labeled as a loving grandma, a dedicated wife, and an avid explorer. My happy places include cozy cabins, rushing rivers, and mesmerizing waterfalls, just to name a few. Photography brings moments to exhale for me. It's where I lose myself and connect with God. I enjoy allowing my camera lens to have me see things from a different perspective. I'm passionate about people and seeing the Lord through every interaction. And last, but not least, I love to write - of course...

But why write? This gift and passion I received took me by surprise. It was during a difficult season when God called me to write down my story. It was an intimate journey with the Holy Spirit. When you open my books, you'll find that the main character isn't me, it's God, and I can't wait to share Him with you! I pray he will sweep you off your feet and launch you onto a deeply passionate journey with him.
